Almost done “recapping” :) Perhaps now I’ll be able to keep on top of this! :)

February started out with more snow and cold weather :( but thankfully gave us a few “warm” days too! :) In January Logan had begun to sit up with our help and loved to sit on our laps and would even start to reach for his toys. He was also still growing like crazy and was 16lbs by the time he hit 3 months old. The beginning of February he found his hands and still hasn’t stopped sucking on his fingers! He quickly learned how hold his toys and loves to shake and suck on them!

Coby & Kris flew in for Dordt’s Alumni basketball game over Valentine’s Day weekend so we all enjoyed spending time with them.

          

Logan turned 4 months old and was 16lbs 11oz at his dr appointment. He hit all his developmental milestones except one – rolling over! He has decided there’s just no point to it and hardly even tries!

February also brought sickness to our house. Micah was the first to get sick and it all went downhill from there. We tried our best to keep the kids from getting whatever Micah had it seemed as if we’d succeeded but only 2 weeks later Logan’s slight cold turned into RSV, bronchitis, and an ear infection. Alexa followed less than a week later with Strep. After weeks of medications and disinfecting the house we finally all seem healthy again ~ but thankfully spring is almost here!
